Through Acupuncture & East Asian Medicine (also known as Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) or Oriental Medicine), yoga and yoga therapy, and various eastern and western bodywork approaches, we seek to empower each individual with the power to heal and to participate in the areas of control that one can engage in in to experience wellness and good living.

Acupuncture & TCM has an established clinical history of over 2500 years and is one of the oldest medical systems (along with Ayurveda) practiced worldwide. Acupuncture & East Asian Medicine encompasses a range of therapeutic approaches such as acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, gua sha, 'tui na' medical massage, botanical medicine, meditation and meditative movement, general and prescriptive health exercises and diet optimization.

Due to its noninvasive nature and efficacy, acupuncture especially has been a focal point of scientific research in the west for some time. The popularity of East Asian Medicine continues to grow on an international scale. In the west, acupuncture is commonly sought for pain relief in light of the current opioid epidemic however, it benefits much more than pain conditions. A complete system of medicine based on a theory that embraces the relationships between mind, body and spirit and the uniqueness of each individual, East Asian Medicine treats a broad scope of health conditions:

Bodywork & medical massage therapy has an established reputation for helping patients alleviate pain conditions rooted in postural and bio-mechanical dysfunction (such as low back pain, knee pain and other), facilitate recovery from musculo-skeletal and orthopedic injury, reduce stress, and promote circulatory function. Influences: sports massage, Rolfing and structural integration concepts, myo-fascial therapy, neuro-muscular therapy, Swedish massage, Shiatsu, Tui Na massage.
