My journey of healing, including navigating posttraumatic stress disorder, has profoundly shaped my approach to therapy. This personal experience, combined with years of professional practice, informs my integrative approach, which focuses on the interconnectedness of the body, mind, and spirit.
I specialize in working with the nervous system and addressing conditions such as trauma, OCD, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. My approach is rooted in understanding how these challenges affect the whole person, not just their thoughts or emotions, but also their physical and energetic well-being.
After years of traditional talk therapy with limited progress, I discovered the transformative power of body-centered practices. This led me to explore and integrate modalities like somatic experiencing, EFT tapping, and brainspotting, alongside mindfulness, meditation, and other techniques that honor the body’s innate wisdom.
Through these practices, I’ve experienced a deeper sense of peace, new ways of thinking, and a stronger connection to myself. I am passionate about helping others access this same potential for healing and wholeness, empowering them to overcome challenges and thrive in their lives.
