'No shows' and cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged the full appointment fee. 

Please be respectful of our time. When an appointment is scheduled for you, that time is reserved for you and is no longer available for other patients. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, a week to three days notice is greatly appreciated so that that time may be made available to those on the wait list.


We do not accept any form of insurance at this time. Upon request, we can provide you a 'superbill' receipt for patients pursuing reimbursement. However, our office does not under any circumstances communicate with insurance companies.
